That’s what’s up

No kids (unless you count two big dogs), and no work today my friends. Every year my wife and I pick a nation or region and choose delicious flavors and recipes (that we have not cooked before) and create a Christmas day feast.

It is 2-4 hours of cooking awesomeness and mayhem. Some years work out better than others.
